ZKL Invest Ltd ™ provides its services to Romanian clients in accordance with the Law 208/2022; this law amends and supplements the following legislative acts of major importance in the field of public procurement in Romania:

Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement;

Law no. 99/2016 on sectoral procurement;

Law no. 100/2016 on works concessions and service concessions; and
-
Law no. 101/2016 on remedies and appeals in relation to the award of public procurement agreements, sectoral agreements and works concession and service concession agreements, as well as for the organization and functioningof the National Council for Solving Complaints.
According to the above mentioned Law 208/2022, ZKL Invest Ltd ™ is permitted to issue guarantees in Romania being considered “a financial institution and credit from abroad” (in Romanian: institutie financiara si de credit din alt stat celelalte societati).
